Medical problems aside, I think it's asinine that people expect Laurie to continue the show because they want him to. People drop out of shows all the time for all sorts of reasons, and at the end of the day it's his decision. Even if faking the limp didn't cause the joint pain, if it's painful now to fake the limp and continue the role, jeez, have a little consideration, people. (I don't watch the show. Maybe they could pull a soap opera thing and very slowly make the limp less noticeable until he's not limping anymore and then pretend he never had it :)

I go to a chiropractor regularly and I'm sure he'd confirm that the acting is causing all kinds of problems. I get lectured just for standing with all of my weight on one leg.

I've got this sinus/migraine thing which means basically I've had a sinus headache for at least part of the day every day for the last couple years. It's been a battle just to get my boss to keep the office blinds down when it's really bright out. He plays a game where he keeps pulling them up a little bit every couple of minutes because he thinks it's funny and also he's an asshole.
