Yay! I totally enjoyed this despite my lack of NCIS, and this: Evan had never pegged DiNozzo as the wallflower type - but there he was, still looking wistfully out at the dance floor while Todd bobbed his head to the music absolutely cracked me up.

Love the hinted at backstory, and love the hinted at future! And OMG love Todd.
