Thoughtcrimes? THOUGHTCRIMES.

I just watched Thoughtcrimes for the first time.  And wow.  This is so not a thing that I am only glad I watched because of Joe Flanigan.

I did greatly enjoy him in this. He was very cute with the way he thought things, and clean-shaven buttoned-up-shirtedness is always nice!  And of course I'm happy to be able to be more familiar with brendan_vincent  stuff in the future! (I think next on my viewing list should be a re-watch of those Dawson's Creek bits :-) )

But Freya.  My goodness, what an engaging character!!  It was written well and the actress did such a good job, I thought.  

Right now I feel a very deep need to write Freya fic.  It's the same reason why some of the Firefly (River) prompts at comment_fic  have tugged at me so hard.  It's why I love characters like Toby from The Listener and Jayne from The Mentalist and Gary from Early Edition from way back when.

I really, really need to start a plot-bunnies / plot-shapeless-hopping-blobs list. :)

ThoughtCrimes is very good. I loved Joe's thoughts and the expressions that flitted across his face!

I wish they would reconsider it as a series for him, though I can't be unhappy that SGA came along for him. Or Numb3rs for Navi Rawat.

I love Thoughtcrimes! I like everything, from the actors (obviously, lol) to the writing, music... it's a great movie/pilot and it's a real shame they never made a series.
