And John is on Earth too because they are vacationing (complete with lots of bickering, first on location and then on pretty much everything else, including going to the doctor) and he's been so worried! And the expression in your icon is the one on House's face when he meets, randomly in the hallways of the SGC, That Guy He Paid For Sex One Time When He Was Drunk Way Back In The Day (i.e. John). And then they have a conversation wherein there is much awkwardness on the part of John and fond mocking on the part of House until John says something completely unrelated to anything, which causes House to have An Idea about Rodney's sickness. House diagnoses Rodney successfuly and Rodney recovers just fine and then there may or may not be a threesome.
