I haven't actually been keeping up with the new season, I caught the first ep I think and then this one randomly, which was cool because the promos for the new season included Tesla's "never been more attracted" line and I was like I WANT TO SEE THAT and then then I DID and aaahahhhhdslkfjsda.
It's shiny- well, except for the romantic subplots they keep trying to shoehorn in with Will/Abby and Henry/whoever he's dating. Abby... annoys me, to say the least.
No. She's a forensic psychologist (I think) with the FBI. Long story short, she and Will knew one another a long time ago, she found a hinky case involving Abnormals, and then they started dating. Somehow. I'm not too sure on it.
